TOM CUMMINGS is the co-founder and Chairman of Executive Learning Partnership (ELP). He has served as the Head of Learning and Organisation for Unilever and ABN AMRO Bank, was an academic at IMD International in Lausanne, Switzerland, and today is the Associate Director of the New Board Program at Nyenrode University, the Netherlands, where he lectures on leadership and governance.

Over the past 25 years, Tom has held or contributed to leadership and senior management development positions in dozens of world-class companies in a variety of industries. He is an expert in the design and delivery of global, top class executive development programmes as well as in the facilitation of management board retreats. Given that he has held roles both in-company and as an external consultant, Tom has unique insight in the leadership and strategy issues facing large organisations.

Tom also holds Board positions at the Society for Organization Learning Council in Boston and at Progressio Foundation and Common Purpose in The Netherlands.
